2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 large russet potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste

Season the sirloin steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
