Crockpot Cheeseburgers
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 hamburger buns
8 slices of cheddar cheese
Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.
Directions:
Cook the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the onions are soft and translucent.
Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
In a medium bowl, combine the condensed cheddar cheese soup, softened cream cheese, milk, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Transfer to Crockpot:
Add the cooked ground beef mixture to the crockpot. Pour the cheese mixture over the top and stir until everything is evenly combined.
Cook in Crockpot:
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Assemble the Cheeseburgers:
When ready to serve, scoop the cheeseburger mixture onto the bottom half of each hamburger bun.
Top with a slice of cheddar cheese and your favorite toppings.
Place the top half of the bun on and serve immediately.
