Crockpot Angel Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup dry white wine (optional, or use more broth)
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 pound angel hair pasta
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix over the chicken.
Make the Sauce:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, white wine (if using), softened cream cheese, melted butter, and minced garlic until smooth.
Slow Cook:
Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken in the crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Cook the Pasta:
About 20 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Serve:
Shred the chicken in the crockpot or serve whole. Toss the cooked pasta with the creamy sauce and serve with chicken on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
