  • 12 large dill pickle spears

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (optional)

🍳 Breading

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs or crushed crackers for extra crunch

  • Vegetable oil, for frying

  • Ranch dressing

  • Spicy mayo

1️⃣ Prepare the Pickles

  • Pat pickle spears dry with paper towels.

  • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with garlic powder and black pepper if desired.

  • Spread or pipe cream cheese along the flat side of each pickle spear.


2️⃣ Set Up Breading Station

  1. Bowl 1: Flour, paprika, salt, pepper.

  2. Bowl 2: Eggs + milk, beaten.
