Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs (680 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sprouts are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
For extra flavor, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
Serve hot and enjoy!
