1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Heat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper so the chips bake evenly and don’t stick.
2️⃣ Slice the Tortillas Into Chips
Stack the tortillas and cut them into triangles — like slicing a pizza. You’ll get about 6–8 chips per tortilla.
3️⃣ Arrange on Baking Sheet
