Creamy Noodles

Ingredients:
8 oz egg noodles (or pasta of your choice)
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
Cook the Noodles:
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Cream Sauce:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Add Cheese and Seasoning:
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper. Continue stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Combine with Noodles:
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them evenly in the sauce.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
