Ingredients

  • 300 g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish 🌿

  • 1 cup cooked white rice (basmati or jasmine)


Directions

  1. Prepare the Rice
    Cook 1 cup of rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.

  2. Cook the Shrimp
    Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.

    In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Italian herbs. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
