Directions
1️⃣ Prep the Chicken
Slice chicken breasts into even pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook 5–7 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce
In the same skillet, lower heat to medium-low. Add cottage cheese and Parmesan, stirring to combine. Cook 2–3 minutes, until the mixture forms a creamy sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
4️⃣ Combine & Finish
Return cooked chicken to the skillet, coating each piece with the creamy onion-Parmesan sauce. Let it heat together for 2–3 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
5️⃣ Serve
