Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

1️⃣ Prep the Chicken

Season cubed chicken with black pepper.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in cottage cheese, Parmesan, and honey. Cook 2–3 minutes, stirring until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

4️⃣ Combine & Finish

Return cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the creamy honey pepper sauce. Let cook together 2–3 minutes to meld flavors.
