Ingredients:
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. In the same pot used for the broccoli, bring water to a boil and cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. In the skillet with the cooked chicken, add the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken.
5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
6. Add the cooked broccoli and cheese tortellini to the skillet, stirring to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through and well combined. Serve hot.
