1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

Cheese & Topping

1 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese

👩🍳 Directions
1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Slice beef into thin strips or bite-sized cubes. Prepare mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
2. Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil or butter. Add beef and season lightly with salt and pepper. Sear for 3–4 minutes, until browned but not fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Sauté Vegetables
In the same skillet, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Return beef to the skillet and stir to combine.
