Creamy and Zesty Jalapeño Delight
Ingredients:
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
– 1/4 cup diced green onions
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well blended.
3. Stir in the diced jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.
