Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 large bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
2 large eggs, beaten
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Directions:
Prepare Chicken: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish. Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting through to the other side.
Make Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Stuff Chicken: Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, pressing gently to seal the pocket.
Coat Chicken: Place crushed Doritos in a shallow dish. Dip each stuffed chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then roll in the crushed Doritos until fully coated.
Bake: Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
Garnish and Serve: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
