8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
ΒΌ cup green onions, finely chopped
4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas

1. Make the Filling
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped cranberries, crumbled feta, and chopped green onions. Mix well until evenly distributed and smooth.
2. Assemble the Wraps
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board. Spread about ΒΌ of the mixture evenly over the entire tortilla, reaching close to the edges.
3. Roll and Chill
Roll the tortilla up tightly like a log. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to help them firm up for easier slicing.
4. Slice into Pinwheels
Once chilled, unwrap and use a sharp serrated knife to slice each roll into Β½-inch pieces. Discard (or snack on!) the uneven ends.
