Cracked Out Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
1 (16 oz) package of frozen tater tots
8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
2 green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)

Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside.
Prepare the Ranch Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine Chicken and Bacon:
Fold in the shredded chicken and cooked bacon into the cream cheese mixture. Reserve some bacon for topping.
Layer the Casserole:
Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the chicken mixture.
Add the Cheese:
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tater tots, and top with the reserved bacon crumbles.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the tater tots are golden and crispy.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions if desired, and serve hot.
