Cracked Out Chicken and Rice Bake

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup white rice, uncooked
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional for topping)
1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare Rice: In a bowl, combine the uncooked rice, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup. Stir in the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Add Chicken and Bacon: Fold in the cooked shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon bits. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Assemble the Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. If you want an extra cheesy topping, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve warm.
