Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for extra cheesiness)

Directions:
Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Stir until everything is well mixed and creamy.
Assemble the Pinwheels:
Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla, making sure to cover the entire surface.
Roll the Pinwheels:
Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly to form a log. Slice into 1-2 inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
Serve:
Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter. Optionally, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella for extra cheesiness.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a firmer texture.
