Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Prep the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
Stuff the Biscuits:
Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands, then spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture into the center of each. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a stuffed ball.
