  • ½ cup lump crab meat

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

✨ Optional Add-Ins

  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil on both sides.

  4. Spoon the shrimp-crab mixture generously onto each slice, pressing slightly so it stays in place.

  7. Remove from oven, garnish with extra parsley if desired, and serve warm.
