Crab Shrimp Stuffed Salmon

🦀🍤🐟 Crab Shrimp Stuffed Salmon – Elegant, Buttery, Seafood Luxury! 🦀🍤🐟
Ingredients:
1 large salmon fillet (2–3 lbs), thick cut, skin on or off as preferred

1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

8 oz lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small shallot, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional, for classic seafood flavor)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the stuffing:
In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, shallot, lemon juice, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.

Prepare the salmon:
Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Using a sharp knife, carefully create a pocket by slicing horizontally through the thickest part of the fillet without cutting all the way through.

Stuff the salmon:
Spoon the crab mixture into the pocket inside the salmon, pressing gently to fill evenly.

Top with shrimp:
Arrange the jumbo shrimp over the stuffed salmon. Brush the entire fillet and shrimp with olive oil or melted butter and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Serve:
Garnish with fresh lemon slices and extra parsley. Serve immediately with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables or a light salad.

Tips:
For extra richness, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top before baking.

Try adding chopped green onions or dill to the stuffing for different flavor notes.

If your salmon is thinner, reduce baking time to avoid overcooking.
