Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • ½ cup cottage cheese

  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional: Italian seasoning or paprika for extra flavor


Directions

1️⃣ Prep the Chicken

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Carefully slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast. Season inside and out with salt and black pepper.


2️⃣ Make the Filling

In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, cottage cheese, mozzarella, and minced garlic until well combined.


3️⃣ Stuff the Chicken

Spoon the filling evenly into each chicken pocket. Secure with toothpicks if needed to keep the filling inside.
