Copycat Orange Julius
Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
1/2 cup milk (whole milk or 2% is best)
1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/4 cup cold water
Optional: 1/2 banana (for a creamier texture)
Optional: 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for extra sweetness)
Directions:
Blend Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the orange juice, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and ice cubes. If using, add the banana and/or powdered sugar.
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and frothy. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of cold water to reach your desired consistency.
Serve Immediately:
Pour into glasses and serve immediately for the best frothy texture.
