COOKIES AND CREAM BROWNIES
Ingredients
For the brownie base:
1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup (64g) all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
10 crushed Oreo cookies
For the cream topping:
8 oz (226g) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (60g) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Make the brownie base:
In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth.
Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Mix just until combined.
Fold in crushed Oreos.
Spread batter evenly in prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes.
Let cool completely.
3. Prepare the cream layer:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Gently fold in crushed Oreos.
4. Assemble:
Spread the cream layer over cooled brownies.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
5. Serve:
Cut into squares. Garnish with extra Oreo crumbs if desired.
