Add some fun and color to your next party or gathering with these vibrant, flavorful deviled eggs!

Ingredients:
12 eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons pickle juice

2 teaspoons mustard

4 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Color:
Food coloring (your choice of colors)

Instructions:
Hard-boil the eggs:
Place the eggs in a large pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil, then cover the pot and turn off the heat. Let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes. Once done, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool.

Peel the eggs:
Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.

Prepare the filling:
Mash the egg yolks and mix them with mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard, chopped dill pickles, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Color the filling:
Divide the yolk mixture into separate bowls for each color you’d like. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix until you reach the desired shade.

Fill the egg whites:
Spoon the colored yolk mixture into the egg whites, or use a piping bag for a more polished look.

Chill and serve:
Refrigerate the deviled eggs for about 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy the vibrant, colorful display!

💡 Tips:
For a fun twist, try adding a touch of hot sauce, smoked paprika, or bacon bits to the filling for extra flavor.

You can use natural colorings, like beet juice for red or spinach juice for green, if you prefer a more natural option!
