Coffee Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4-5 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the banana, cooled brewed coffee, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice cubes.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the smoothie is creamy and well combined.
Adjust Sweetness: Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor.
Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately. You can also top it with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of honey for extra flavor.
