🎄 Cinnamon Roll Christmas Tree

A festive, pull-apart treat that’s soft, gooey, and perfect for holiday brunch or dessert. This sweet, aromatic centerpiece is simple to assemble, fun to decorate, and guaranteed to delight both kids and adults.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (with icing included)

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • Optional for decoration:

    • Colored sprinkles

    • Mini chocolate chips

    • Drizzle of icing or melted white chocolate

    • Edible glitter

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Grease a large baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Prepare Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and separate each roll.

  2. Flatten each roll slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.

  3. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Sprinkle a little on each flattened roll for extra flavor.

3️⃣ Assemble the Tree

  1. Start by rolling each flattened cinnamon roll into a tight log or rope about 6–8 inches long.

  2. Lay the ropes on the baking sheet in a triangular shape, forming a Christmas tree outline. Start with the longest ropes at the base and gradually make shorter ones for the upper layers.

  3. Twist each rope lightly before laying it down to give it that spiral, festive look.

  4. Leave a small space at the top for a “tree topper.”

4️⃣ Bake

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  2. Watch carefully — cinnamon rolls bake quickly and you don’t want them to dry out.
