2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:
1. Preheat and Prepare Pan:
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
