🍂 Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars
🧾 Ingredients:
For the Bars:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ cups brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
½ cup brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk or heavy cream
½ tsp vanilla extract

1. Prepare the Bars:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
2. Add the Cinnamon Swirl:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Spoon the mixture over the batter in dollops, then use a knife to gently swirl it throughout.
3. Bake:
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let bars cool completely in the pan.
4. Drizzle with Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Drizzle glaze over cooled bars. Let set before cutting into squares.
