📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice, cooked and cooled

  • 2 cups raw shrimp, peeled, deveined & chopped

  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or sesame)

  • ½ cup peas

  • ½ cup carrots, finely chopped

  • ½–¾ cup soy sauce (to taste)

  • Optional flavor boost:

    • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce or

    • 1 tablespoon Mandarin/orange sauce

1️⃣ Cook the Rice
Cook rice until fluffy. Let it cool slightly—day-old rice works best for fried rice texture.
