Chocolate Oatmeal No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups old-fashioned oats
A pinch of salt

Directions:
Prepare the Mixture:
In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Allow it to boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Add Peanut Butter and Vanilla:
Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until the peanut butter is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add Oats:
Stir in the oats and a pinch of salt until they are evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
Drop Cookies:
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. You can use a spoon or cookie scoop for this.
Cool:
Allow the cookies to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until they are set and firm. If you prefer them to set faster, you can refrigerate them for about 15 minutes.
Serve:
Enjoy your no-bake cookies once they have set. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to one week.
