CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM CONE WITH BROWNIE CHUNKS & FUDGE DRIZZLE

A rich chocolate ice cream loaded with fudgy brownie chunks and topped with warm chocolate ganache.



INGREDIENTS

For the Chocolate Ice Cream:

2 cups (480ml) heavy cream

1 cup (240ml) whole milk

¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar

½ cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder

100g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate, chopped

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

For the Brownie Chunks:

1 cup prepared brownies, cut into small cubes (use your favorite homemade or store-bought brownies)

For the Fudge Drizzle:

½ cup (120ml) heavy cream

½ cup (90g) semisweet chocolate chips

1 tbsp butter

¼ tsp vanilla extract

Optional:

Ice cream cones or waffle bowls



INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make the Chocolate Ice Cream:

In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, salt, and cocoa powder.

Heat until warm, then add chopped dark chocolate and whisk until smooth.

Remove from heat, stir in heavy cream and vanilla.

Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

2. Churn:

Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.

In the last 2–3 minutes, fold in the brownie chunks.

Transfer to a freezer container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.

3. Prepare the Fudge Drizzle:

Heat cream in a saucepan until simmering, remove from heat.

Add chocolate chips and butter, let sit for 1 minute.

Stir until smooth, then mix in vanilla extract. Let cool slightly.

4. Assemble:

Scoop chocolate ice cream into a cone.

Add extra brownie chunks on top.

Drizzle with warm fudge sauce.
