π Ingredients:
β’ 2 Ripe Bananas
β’ 2 Eggs
β’ Β½ Cup Sugar
β’ ΒΌ Cup Oil
β’ 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
β’ 1 Cup Flour
β’ 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
β’ 1 Tsp Baking Powder
β’ ΒΌ Tsp Baking Soda
β’ Β½ Cup Milk
β’ 3 Tbsp Chocolate Chips (Plus Extra For Topping)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mash the bananas well.
2. Add eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla essence. Mix until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture along with the milk. Mix to form a smooth batter.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Grease a 7-inch mould with oil and line with baking paper.
7. Pour the batter into the mould and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.
8. Place a pan with a wire stand and pre-heat for 5-7 minutes.
9. Place the mould inside, cover, and bake on low-medium heat for 35-40 minutes.
10. Let it cool slightly before serving.
