1 lb ground beef or ground turkey

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes

1 can (15 oz) chili beans (or kidney beans)

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese

Directions

Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
