Chicken Lazone

Chicken Lazone

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Season Chicken:
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Sear Chicken:
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare Sauce:
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Add Cheese:
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
Combine:
Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Serve:
Plate the chicken, spoon the sauce over the top, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
