Ingredients:
For the Casserole:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed (rotisserie chicken works great)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits, quartered
For the Topping:
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Prepare the Sauce:
In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Stir in the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, and frozen peas and carrots (if using).
3. Add the Biscuits:
Gently fold the quartered biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture until evenly coated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
4. Bake:
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top and cooked through.
5. Add the Topping:
Brush the melted butter over the hot casserole.
Sprinkle with dried parsley for a finishing touch.
6. Serve:
