Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits, quartered
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Stir in the quartered biscuits, ensuring they are evenly coated with the chicken mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
