2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers (optional)
2 tbsp melted butter (optional)

Spread in Casserole Dish: Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
Optional Topping: If you like a crispy topping, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter and sprinkle it over the casserole.
Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
Serve: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
