Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Dough:
Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 12×14 inches.
Assemble the Stromboli:
Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Evenly distribute the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions (if using) over the ranch dressing.
Season:
Sprinkle the garlic powder and dried parsley over the filling.
Roll the Stromboli:
Starting with one of the longer sides, carefully roll the dough into a log, tucking in the sides as you go to seal the filling inside.
Pinch the seams and ends to seal the stromboli completely.
Brush with Egg Wash:
Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top and sides with the beaten egg to give it a golden, shiny finish.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with additional ranch dressing or marinara sauce for dipping.
