Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli
Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade pizza dough)
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp butter, melted
Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Pizza Dough:
Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick, on a lightly floured surface.
Assemble the Stromboli:
Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Evenly distribute the cooked chicken and crumbled bacon over the ranch dressing.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top of the chicken and bacon.
Roll the Stromboli:
Starting with one long side, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Pinch the seams and tuck in the ends to seal the stromboli.
Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Add Toppings:
Brush the melted butter over the top of the stromboli. Sprinkle garlic powder and dried parsley over the buttered surface.
Bake:
Bake the stromboli in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through. You can lightly cover it with aluminum foil if the top browns too quickly.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and let the stromboli cool for about 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
