🥓 Chicken Bacon Crunch Casserole 🧀🔥
Creamy ranch chicken, crispy bacon, golden tater tots, and melty cheddar cheese — this is comfort food done right!
📝 Ingredients (Serves 8)
32 oz frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup sour cream
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
Salt and pepper, to taste
🔪 Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix Chicken Filling
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Assemble the Casserole
Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle crumbled bacon evenly over the chicken layer.
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
Sprinkle remaining 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
4. Bake
Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until tater tots are golden and crispy and cheese is melted and bubbly.
