1½ cups broccoli florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook penne until al dente according to package instructions.
During the last 2–3 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets to the pasta water.
Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove from pan and set aside.
