Chicken Alfredo Bake
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
12 oz penne pasta, cooked
1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
Directions:
Prepare Pasta and Chicken: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Layer Ingredients: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil. Pour the pasta and chicken mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.
Serve: Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
