📝 Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow)

  • 2 cups beef broth

Flavor & Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

🍽️ Directions

1️⃣ Cook the Beef

In a large skillet or sauté pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.

2️⃣ Sauté Onion & Garlic

Add diced onion and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and softened.

3️⃣ Add Pasta & Broth

Stir in uncooked pasta, then pour in beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.

4️⃣ Add Flavor & Cheese

Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper.

Once everything is combined, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and stir until melted and creamy.

5️⃣ Serve Hot

Plate immediately for a cheesy, saucy, comfort food delight. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley or extra cheese.
