Cheesy Ranch Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Make the Cheese Mixture:
In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Assemble the Dish:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly browned.
Place the seared chicken in the prepared baking dish.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
Bake:
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
