Cheesy Pizza Pockets 🍕🧀
Golden, gooey, and perfect for lunch, snacks, or a fun dinner! These pockets are stuffed with melty mozzarella and tangy pizza sauce—kid-friendly and totally customizable.
Ingredients (Makes 8–10 pockets)

1 package refrigerated pizza dough (usually 13–16 oz)

1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Pepperoni slices

Cooked sausage

Sliced mushrooms

Bell peppers

Olives

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for brushing)

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Prepare Dough
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
3️⃣ Add Filling

Spread pizza sauce evenly over one half of the dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Add any optional fillings (pepperoni, sausage, veggies) evenly over the cheese.
4️⃣ Fold & Seal
