👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Pickles

  • Slice pickles lengthwise and scoop out some of the center to make room for filling.

  • Pat completely dry with paper towels (very important for crispiness).

2️⃣ Make the Filling

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.

3️⃣ Stuff & Wrap

  • Fill each pickle generously with the cheese mixture.

  • Wrap each stuffed pickle tightly with one slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.

4️⃣ Bread the Bombs

Set up a breading station:

  1. Bowl 1: Flour

  2. Bowl 2: Beaten eggs

  3. Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs

  • Roll each bacon-wrapped pickle in flour.

  • Dip into egg.

  • Coat thoroughly with panko.

  • For extra crunch, repeat egg + panko.
