Cheesy Philly Cheesesteak Bake

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 cups frozen hash browns
1/2 cup beef broth

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Add the onion, green bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic to the skillet with the beef. Season with salt and
pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
In a large baking dish, layer the frozen hash browns,
cooked beef and vegetable mixture, and top with provolone and mozzarella cheese.
Pour the beef broth over the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
