Cheesy Hamburger Casserole Bake
Creamy, beefy, cheesy pasta baked golden and bubbly. The ultimate cozy comfort food in one dish!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cups cooked pasta
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion until the meat is no longer pink.
3. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix everything together until well combined.
6. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
