Hearty, cheesy, and full of Tex-Mex flavor, this cozy chili is like a warm hug in a bowl. Great for game day or an easy weeknight dinner!

📝 Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef

½ cup water

2 tablespoons taco seasoning (homemade or store-bought)

1 (15 oz) jar Tostitos Salsa Con Queso

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of potato soup

1¼ cups sour cream

1¼ cups beef broth (or 1 can – 14.5 oz)

½ cup chicken broth

½ can fire-roasted diced green chiles

2–3 cups frozen corn

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Brown the Beef

In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.

Add Seasoning & Water

Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the seasoning is absorbed.

Add Soups and Sauces

Stir in the Salsa Con Queso, cream of potato soup, sour cream, beef broth, and chicken broth until smooth.

Add Chiles & Corn

Add the green chiles and frozen corn, then stir everything together.

Simmer

Bring to a gentle simmer and cook on low for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through and thickened.
